Project Description Flat Pressure Air Atomizing Nozzle HeadFlat Pressure Air Atomizing nozzle Head is a nozzle head that can be installed on various kinds of air atomizing nozzles. It could produce a fan-shaped spraying pattern by using this nozzle head (also called air cap) shape. General Description: With the external mixing, the air pressure can be changed to control atomizing without changing the liquid flow rate. As the picture shown, size ‘A’ is the flow width of fan-shaped spraying, ‘D’ is the total distance from the nozzle body to the maximum dispersing area. Design Features of Siphon Gravity-Fed Air Atomizing Nozzle Head: Exterior composite air cap The exterior composite air cap, used in these spray equipments, produce fan-shaped spraying. Remark: No. 11 58 guard ring and No.3612 gasket should be ordered separately from spray device,but they are also parts of the standard spray nozzle.
