This device’s design detects magnetic fields in Ex-hazardous areas. Also, experts utilize the device for testing solenoid valves, relays, transformers, and flow meters in Ex-hazardous areas. With this unique device, you can detect whether a solenoid valve is electrically activated–within seconds. Connection to electronic circuitry or opening of terminal boxes is rendered unnecessary. The pencil has sensitive probe points that only need to be brought near the coil of a solenoid valve. If the probe shows a red light, this indicates that the magnet is activated.
